Hi! I’m Misty, the creative soul behind Simply Charcuterie. I’ve lived in Cleveland most of my life and recently planted roots in Shaker Heights with my family. Nursing is a huge part of who I am, and I love it — but lately, I’ve felt a pull to slow down a bit and focus more on the moments that matter — like making more memories with my family, and pouring my creativity into something I truly enjoy.

Building beautiful, delicious charcuterie boards has become my little therapy. It’s a way for me to pour love, creativity, and a bit of calm into something tangible that brings people together. Whether it’s a family gathering, a shower, or a corporate event, I’m all about crafting spreads that spark joy and connection.

I’m lucky to have an incredibly supportive husband cheering me on and a family who keep life lively and full of love. Growing up surrounded by a bigger family (being 1 of 5 children) taught me the importance of good food and good company — and that’s exactly what I want to bring to your table.
